Recovery

Sauna

After you have sweat in class, you’re welcome to come sweat more. To aid in your recovery, we have a 3 meter by 2 meter sauna. Not only are saunas a relaxing way to end a workout, but saunas do also offer some health benefits. Even minimal time in a sauna might have a positive effect on heart health. Some research shows that high-temperature exposure helps blood vessels expand, improving circulation and lowering blood pressure.

Strength & Conditioning

Gym

Warm-up, build strength and condition yourself for your chosen discipline all at the same boxing gym. Empire offer use of our gym with each of your lessons. We have an Air Assult bike, dumbells, a Physio-Therapist approved cable machine and the ever so popular Iron Neck, often spoken about by UFC commentator Joe Rogan.
